From 13 to 30 January 2025, Quan’s Kitchen at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, invites guests to gather to savor its Flavors of Fortune buffets.

This festive spread showcases an array of timeless and contemporary delights, including Marinated Jellyfish Salad, Wok-Fried Buttermilk Crab with Deep-Fried Mantau, and a Roasted Duck with Egg Crepe Station, a twist on the Peking Duck—a creative twist on the traditional Peking Duck, where delicate egg crepes take the place of pancakes.

Other festive highlights include the succulent Mongolian Roasted Lamb Leg at the carving station, a live Prawn Pao Station, and a DIY Fruity Yee Sang Station for a personalized prosperity toss. Adding to the indulgence, the symbolic Poon Choy dish will be exclusively featured on the dinner buffet on 28 January 2025, Chinese New Year Eve, making it an unmissable celebration of tradition and flavor.

Rejoice with an elegant twist as vibrant festive flavors take center stage at Lady Yi’s Tea House this Chinese New Year. Savor a curated selection of sweet and savory Peranakan-inspired treats, each infused with celebratory elements and silhouettes that are reminiscent of the flavors and traditions of the season.

Highlights include the Mandarin Macaron filled with tangy orange buttercream or the Candied Haws which are spheres of vanilla sponge glazed with berries jelly and filled with yogurt mousse, crafted to resemble ‘tang hulu’, Chinese candied fruits. Adding to the festive charm, the Cheong Sam and Lantern are intricately created to evoke the beauty of traditional Chinese attire and decorations.

Ring in prosperity with a trio of whisky-based auspicious cocktails at Jann, crafted to symbolize wealth, happiness and good fortune. Inspired by local greetings during Chinese New Year, Heng is a smoky-sweet mix of bak kwa (Chinese dried meat) and dried berries. Ong offers a refreshing blend of pineapple, mandarin orange and chrysanthemum, while Huat is a bold combination of citrus, red dates, ginger and spice.
