The rooms are available in three sizes—small (accommodating 25 guests), medium (35 guests), and large (50 guests)—with flexible lunch and dinner booking options. Chef Lok began his culinary journey in Singapore in 1994, and his exceptional skills and expertise earned him the position of head chef at the renowned Pantai Seafood Restaurant in 2007. The menu highlights localized pork-free Cantonese cuisine, featuring a diverse range of appetizers, soups, mains (including live seafood, and an array of chicken, lamb, and beef dishes), fresh vegetables, fried rice, and noodles. Signature creations include Deep Fried Sakura Shrimps Pancakes, Steamed Nyonya Style Dragon King Grouper Fish In Slice, Deep fried Canadian Oyster With Black Truffle, and Braised Japanese Kepah Pumpkin Sauce With Fried Kuey Teow.
