Leading Le Midi’s culinary team is Chef de Cuisine Noor Azan bin Hassan who has close to 20 years of experience in French and European restaurants at five-star hotels around the world including in Paris, Switzerland, Dubai, and the UK. Chef Noor Azan leads the charge of creating a spectacular dining experience. Gastronomy enthusiasts will be able to savour the familiar classic dishes that encapsulate a rich tapestry of flavours and aromas from all regions of France.
Chef Noor Azan bin Hassan, Chef de Cuisine of Le Midi, Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, said: “After working abroad for close to two decades, I am happy to be back on home soil to introduce Le Midi, a dining experience that stays true to its origins of French culinary artistry.
