The month of March promises the best Malaysian cuisines one can think of. In collaboration with Dato’ Chef Ismail, the world-renowned celebrity chef, Dorsett Hartamas proudly presents Sinaran Dorsett, a showcase of not only the finest of specialities by Dato’ Chef Ismail such as Ayam Golek Istana and Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api to name two of his renowned dishes but also dazzling array of sumptuous local favourites by resident Chef Ahmad and his team.

Dato’ Chef Ismail will be making special appearances on 16th, 23rd and 30th March; and on 6th April 24 from 7 pm. Be sure to book your seats on these days to be up close and personal with our very own celebrity chef.
That’s not all. From Monday to Thursday, the 2-piece ensemble Monocort takes center-stage and pop-up booths by local designers from the Malaysian Bumiputra Designer Association namely Kashfi Zulkufli, Obi Trends, The Melis, Kalima, Ghadeez, Thalia, Lady Qomash and Ilham Echenta will showcase a series of their exquisite creations to add touch of finesse to your coming Raya celebration.
Sinaran Dorsett buffet dinner is available 13th Mar to 7th April 24; priced at RM168 nett (Adults) and RM138 nett for senior citizens 60 years and above; children between 4-12 years old.
Early bird vouchers are available from 26th Jan to 13th Mar 2024 at RM138 nett (Adults only) and is limited to the 1st 1000 vouchers.
