My First Experience at Bandar Sri Sendayan

Hey! Welcome back to my channel, last weekend I went to Bandar Sri Sendayan to visit my friend. I’ve heard and read about this new township before, and this visit was my first experience at Bandar Sri Sendayan. Let’s explore together. 

My First Experience at Bandar Sri Sendayan

 

As I entered this town I am amazed by the beautiful landscape, well-planned roads and houses that surrounded by lush greenery plus their mature amenities and facilities. Bandar Sri Sendayan is a self-sustaining township with over 6,000 acres of mixed development and its components.

 

Because this is my first visit to Bandar Sri Sendayan, I was curious so drove around the town to explore. Well, within the township the main landmarks such as d’Tempat Country Club, X-Park Sendayan, Matrix Global School, Carnelian Park, Sendayan Merchant Square, MetroPark, and Masjid Sendayan. I was so surprised by the number of facilities available within Bandar Sri Sendayan.

I stopped over at d’Tempat Country Club. Do you know the club has Olympic size swimming pool, so impressive. Besides that, the club also has gymnasium, bowling alley, snooker, movie room, reading room, tennis court, badminton court, table tennis, squash, banquet hall, meeting rooms, SPA, bars, and cafes. It’s a chill out place for the residents here. All buyers will get complimentary club membership for 5 years.

The X-Park Sendayan is the place I will come back again because it’s the largest entertainment venue in Negeri Sembilan with activities such as ATV, Go-Kart, flying fox, paintball, archery, futsal court, badminton court, and driving range. Next time I can ajak my friends to do the Flying Fox and Go-Kart.

I love the international Matrix Global Schools love the school architecture, it comprises of Matrix Private School, Matrix International School, and Matrix International Pre School. It’s built on 20 acres of land with unique architecture and interior fashioned after the classic British Colonial schools, complemented by facilities and curriculum to accommodate 2,500 local and foreign students.

Then I went to makan at Sendayan Merchant Square before heading back. There about 163 units of shop offices overlooking Carnelian Park, a public park built by developer within the commercial area for community bonding.

Plus, it comes with a reserved 6.4 acres land for neighbourhood mall development in the future. Love view and serenity while enjoying my dinner.

I personally feel tranquil surrounded by crisp greenery. Each precinct in Bayu Sutera come with its own residents’ park and exclusive facilities. All the major facilities and amenities within Bandar Sri Sendayan which is only a stone's throw away from the latest residential parcel called Bayu Sutera, Izara. Since it’s new so check out the show unit too.

My First Experience at Bandar Sri Sendayan

Overall, my first experience at Bandar Sri Sendayan was a great one. I love the lush surrounding, peaceful and self-sustainable township with connectivity to major highways. It’s an escape from the hustle bustle of city life offering holistic living experience.
