Inspired from his childhood memories of cooking alongside his great grandmother, Chef Nicola Affatati from Puglia has embarked on a culinary journey that celebrates the heart of Southern Italian cuisine. Puglia, is known for its whitewashed hill towns, centuries-old farmland and hundreds of kilometers of Mediterranean coastline.
