Chef Hiroshi, a “Kaiseki” expert, will be at Sedap Restaurant to showcase his artful Japanese signature dishes served in buffet style and the Japanese-themed buffet from 1 to 30 August 2023.

Chef Hiroshi has extensive experience and exposure from Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, Russia, Germany and Japan. His latest activity was participating as one of the participants in Iron Chef Thailand Competition.

The dinner buffet spread will be served with traditional and modern Japanese dishes from starters to main course and desserts as well as premium seafood, local specialties and international dishes. Chef Hiroshi will present his skills in slicing sashimi, crafting his signature sushi, preparing grilled black cod teriyaki, and serving tempura in live stations.

Apart from fresh sashimi, nigiri and sushi, the guest chef will treat diners to a range of delicate dishes made from the finest ingredients and cooked by traditional Japanese methods such as grilled lamb chop with wasabi miso, salmon teriyaki, beef katsu Japanese schnitzel, simmered chicken and vegetables "Chikuzen ni" and so much more.

Japanese popular beverages are also served as part of the buffet spread; Japanese green tea, Japanese roasted green tea, Japanese genmaicha and Japanese Barley tea.

Japanese Food Buffet with live stations will be served during dinner and advance reservations are highly advisable. The dinner buffet is priced at RM238 per adult and RM119 per child (6 – 12 years old). Prices quoted are inclusive of 6% service tax. Terms and conditions apply.

Gyomu Super - Pop-Up Store (Tokyo Town) Setup at Pavilion Bukit Jalil

In conjunction with the Japanese Food Dinner Buffet promotion, Pullman KLCC partnered with GYOMU Super (Malaysia) to set up a Japanese pop-up store in the Hotel lobby. This pop-up store offers authentic food products imported directly from overseas manufacturers in 45 countries. The Japanese pop-up store is only available on two Sundays, which are 6 and 13 August 2023 from 10am to 6pm.
