My first-time trying Mee Siput, its tasty, crunchy, and best eat with the sambal. Mee Siput Kak Chik is handmade from flour dough that is rolled, pulled, and shaped into a long noodle before being twisted into a spiral-like shape snail shell. Then sun dried and fried until crispy.
