The feast
includes a heritage theme featuring outdoor Warung’ stalls set up at the Garden
Terrace. The live stations showcase varieties of traditional dishes that add an
exciting festive element to the dining experience.
The open
warung also adds an interactive element, allowing guests to interact with the
chefs and ask questions about the dishes being served. Some of the popular
dishes offered include Bubur Lambok, Sup Kambing, Lemang Pulut, Ketupat Palas,
Fried Cempedak, Pengat Durian and more.
Guests
can indulge in mouthwatering selections of Shish Tawouk, Iranian Kubbeideh,
Lamb Shawarma, Barbeque Honey Chicken Wings, Grilled Spicy Tiger Prawns, Grilled
US Oyster with garlic, onion, and coriander, and more at the Warung
Bakar-Bakar.
