Recently, Sans Therapeutics Berhad Group has officially announced the acquisition of X-Beauty & Aesthetic, following a signing ceremony at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel, current members still benefit from the same service packages. Through this acquisition, Sans Aesthetic Wellness hope to elevate the level of service and be the benchmark for the beauty industry.

The Founder and CEO of Sans Therapeutics Berhad, Dr. Tan San Chin, announced the addition of Sans Aesthetic Wellness, which focuses on aesthetics and "the beauty of wellness". She said that after the acquisition, X-Beauty & Aesthetic will be officially renamed Sans Aesthetic Wellness and will also take over its six outlets in Kota Damansara, Sri Petaling, Cheras, Puchong, and Nusa Bestari, Skudai. Relocation arrangements have been made for customers of Uptown Damansara to be transferred to the Kota Damansara branch for treatments.

As for previous members of X-Beauty & Aesthetic, the group founder also promises to all former members that Sans Aesthetic Wellness will continue fulfilling the ongoing services.

During her speech, Dr. Tan stated: "We will strive to promote the concept of beauty and wellness to make people aware. In the meantime, we will grant the franchise to find like-minded business partners who would become our future master franchisees, hoping to branch out to five more stores.” The group also plans to have public listing in the next three years.

Dato' Jess, CEO of X-Beauty & Aesthetic, who is also a signatory representative, said the company faced an organizational restructuring after its growth was halted in the last two years because of the impact of the pandemic.
