Do you know that Ipoh Railway Station is also known as the “Taj Mahal of Ipoh” by the locals. This grand building is close to 100 years old and the most famous landmark in Ipoh and it’s so instagramble. The building also houses a station hotel called the Majestic Hotel. The Ipoh railway station is a Malaysian train station located at the south-western side of and named after the capital city of Ipoh, Perak. It serves as the main railway terminal for the state under Keretapi Tanah Melayu offering KTM ETS services, as well as handling freight trains.

As a person who loves nature, Gunung Lang Recreational Park is a must visit. It’s a beautiful and serene attraction that features a pair of limestone hills called Gunung Lang and Gunung Bilike. Located just 5km from Ipoh, the beautiful Gunung Lang Recreational Park in Jalan Damai of Malaysia is a perfect destination for boating, fishing, canoeing, and relaxing in the gazebos. One of the highlights of this attraction is a boat tour of the lake, where you can see magnificent limestone rocks framing the water. The park also houses an artificial lake, which can be accessed on foot, that sits atop a hill. Families traveling with kids can have fun on the park’s playground.
