The man behind the flavour

The flavours at Ketam Viral are brought together by Chef Rathnor and his hand-picked team of culinary experts for an unforgettable taste of Malaysian crabs and seafood. Across his two-decade career, he has worn many hats and is currently the Vice President of the Kedah Chef Association – and has been recognised with a Medal of Honour from the association in 2019 for his contribution to state culinary programmes and brands.
