Recipe 1: Chuka Idako & Chuka Wakame with Rice

Recipe 1: Chuka Idako & Chuka Wakame with Rice

Defrost the Chuka Idako & Chuka Wakame for half an hour

Prepare Japanese rice and stir with a bit sushi vinegar

Add Chuka Idako & Chuka Wakame on top of the rice 

Sprinkle some sesame seeds

Recipe 2: Chuka Kurage & Chuka Hotate with Cucumber Sushi Roll 

Defrost the Chuka Kurage & Chuka Hotate for half an hour

Prepare Japanese cucumber and stuff sushi rice in the center
