Kickstarting the year with roaring new beginnings, Rooftop 25 Restaurant ushers in the Water Tiger Year of 2022 with its festive theme of ‘Fortune Flavours The Bold’. A wordplay of the popular proverb ‘fortune favours the bold’, it pays homage to Hilton’s creative excellence and culinary craftsmanship, akin to the Tiger zodiac’s traits of boldness and bravery.

The seasonal selections include three Prosperity Yee Sang options, Stir Fried Longevity Noodle with Smoked Duck Breast and Chinese New Year Prosperity Platter. Giving its famed signature BBQ platter an Oriental-twist, the Prosperity Platter features deep fried Sichuan-style soft shell crab, salted egg calamari, Cantonese dry-fried prawns, Shanghai dumplings and sweet potato fries with chilli coriander dip. 

You can order it à la carte or have it in a package deal with Norwegian Smoked Salmon Yee Sang and Chinese sweet soup dessert. Early bird offer applies for Yee Sang takeaways when guests purchase any two sets before 31 January 2022.
