Ingredients: Thai Style Flaming Lamb |
1 pack True Aussie Lamb Shabu Shabu
Lamb Marinade
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Chopped Cili Padi
1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
Thai Style Sauce
½ small bowl Thai Cili Sauce
1 teaspoon Tom Yam Paste
1 teaspoon Lemongrass
3 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1 teaspoon Chopped Cili Padi
½ teaspoon Chopped Kaffir Lime Leaves
Thai Salad
1 small bowl Cucumber
1 small Carrot
1 small Onion

Methods
1. Marinate the lamb shabu shabu with soy sauce, cili padi, and garlic. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

2. Prepare the sauce. Mix the Thai Cili Sauce, Lime Juice, Tom Yam Paste, Lemongrass, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Cili Padi, and Kaffir Lime Leaves.

3. Cut the Cucumber, Carrot, and Onion into matchsticks and thin slices. Then mix it.
4. Heat up the pan with medium heat and oil. Stir-fry the shabu shabu lamb for about 2 to 3 minutes or till it’s medium well.
5. Drizzle the Thai sauce on the salad and its ready to be served
