Today I would like to show you how to cook Lamb GoGi Ni with Truffle & Olive Asparagus using True Aussie Lamb Racks. I decided to go a little bit fusion, if you are planning to impress your loved one or planning a date night at home, you can try this Korean Italian dish.

What is Lamb-GoGi-Ni?

Well, Lamb GoGi Ni is Lamb Bulgogi. Its one of the dishes that I love and its pretty easy to prepare at home. And Truffle & Olive Asparagus is one of the dishes you must try if you love truffle. If this dish sounds complicated to you, fret not, after you watch my video you will be able to cook it too.

Lamb GoGi Ni with Truffle & Olive Asparagus Cooking Recipe

It's pretty easy to prepare all you need is good quality lamb racks from True Aussie, they’re widely available in major supermarkets and hypermarkets convenient and hygienic packs with the True Aussie Beef logo on it. Plus, you need asparagus, bulgogi sauce, truffle and olive cream, and some basic cooking condiments.

Lamb GoGi Ni with Truffle & Olive Asparagus Ingredients

Ingredients:

Lamb GoGi Ni

2 pcs True Aussie Lamb Racks

½ Teaspoon of Chopped Onion

½ Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic

½ Teaspoon of Spring Onion

½ Teaspoon of Chopped Parsley

1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seed

1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

2 Pinch of Black Pepper

1 Pinch of Salt

1 Packet of Korean Bulgogi Sauce

Truffle & Olive Oil Mixture

Truffle & Olive Asparagus

350g of Asparagus

2 Teaspoon of Truffle & Olive Cream

2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Pinch of Garlic

3 Pinch of Black Pepper

1 Pinch of Salt

Lamb GoGi Ni with Truffle & Olive Asparagus Cooking Methods

Methods

1. Marinate the True Aussie Lamb Racks with bulgogi sauce, onion, garlic, spring onion, parsley, sesame oil, black pepper, sesame seed, and salt. Cover and leave it in the fridge overnight or at least 1 hour.

2. Mix the truffle and olive cream with olive oil, onion, garlic, black pepper, and salt.

3. Heat up the pan with olive oil and pan-grill the lamb racks in medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

4. Heat up the pan with olive oil and add the asparagus, add the truffle and olive oil mixture. If you like a little bit spicy then you can add black pepper. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and spring onion on the Lamb GoGi Ni and its ready to be served! Enjoy!

Overall, I love the juiciness and the tenderness of this the Lamb GoGi with a perfect blend of sweet, salty, spicy, and Korean feel to it. Every bite is pure satisfaction. The truffle and olive asparagus is aromatic, crunchy, and flavourful. I love the combination of both, so appetizing.
