1 pack Australian Lamb Shabu Shabu
1 pack Mala Hotpot Ready-To-Cook Soup Base
Assorted Vegetables like Pumpkin, Baby Corn, Carrot, Broccoli, Brinjal
Toufu, Bean Curd Skin
Coriander
Mala Hotpot Dipping Sauce |

2 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
½ Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
½ Teaspoon of Cili Padi
½ Teaspoon of Spring Onion
½ Teaspoon of Chopped Coriander
1 Pinch of Sesame Seed

Methods
1. Add 800ml water in the post and add Haidilao Mala Hotpot
Ready-To-Cook Soup Base. Add the vegetables and tofu. Let it boil.
2. For dipping sauce: mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic,
cili padi, spring onion, coriander, and sesame seed.
3. Dip the Lamb Shabu Shabu into the boiling mala soup for a
few second. Then dip into the dipping sauce and enjoy!
