This was interesting to know how Chef Pam carefully selected all the
ingredients to prepare this Premium Poon Choi and Chef also shared that the first
item we should eat when Poon Choi is served is the prawn because if the prawn
is cook for too long its will not be as succulent.

So when this Premium Poon Choi arrived the first thing I do was pour the broth over it, heat up in low or medium fire, and then what are you waiting for?? Eat lah, don’t forget to eat the prawn first and then followed by all the ingredients. The broth goes well with rice, my whole family enjoyed this hearty dish very much.
