Actually, I always passed by GMBB Mall whenever I go to KL but I never have the chance go in or drop by until recently. GMBB is the perfect mall or place for those who are into arts, creative, heritage, and more. To me it’s a very unique mall unlike the usual ones, GMBB is a mall built for creativity to create an ecosystem of collaboration and a sustainable engine for creative growth.

Borneo’s Tree of Life Exhibition is a must-visit exhibition, located at Level 3 GMBB KL. Even if you are not a nature person you will find yourself immersed into one of the thickest rainforests in Malaysia with all the spectacular photos capture by Chien Lee and sound effect. I was totally into it and don’t mind visit this place again with my BFF who is into Borneo.

Borneo’s Tree of Life Exhibition @ Level 3, GMBB KL

The exhibition features a wide range of unique flora and fauna photos. This exhibition spans fifteen years of Chien C. Lee’s work in Borneo, with images selected to convey not only the extreme diversity of the island’s rainforests but also their interconnectedness and fragility; a window onto the Tree of Life.

Captured by biologist turned photographer, Chien Lee is an avid naturalist with an incurable fascination with Borneo’s rainforest

Galleri Seri Endon is Malaysia’s premier batik boutique, named after YABhg Tun Endon Mahmood, the late wife of the Fifth Prime Minister of Malaysia. It’s a platform to showcase the talents of young Malaysian batik designers who are past winners of Piala Seri Endon, the most prestigious batik design competition in Malaysia. This boutique is dedicated to helping Piala Seri Endon winners sell their garments and build their reputations.
