How to Start Using Galaxy
SmartTag with Samsung Phone (S21 Ultra)
1. Open the
SmartThings Find app on Samsung phone
2. Make sure Bluetooth
is on
3. Add the new device
to SmartThings
4. Allow use of
location information, Tap Agree.
5. Tap Start & press
the button at the center of the SmartTag
6. When the device is
paired to the phone you can give it a name
7. It’s done, press Start on the next screen to try to locate your SmartTag by ringing it.

As mentioned it can
also be attached to many things so that we don’t have any hassle to locate them. The
Galaxy SmartTag is useful not only for locating items but also in remotely
controlling your smart devices.
Through the
SmartThings app, now I can set functions to be executed when the tag button is
pressed once briefly, and when it is pressed and held. Once you set up other
devices in the ‘Mode’ menu of the SmartThings app, you will be able to control
multiple appliances with your SmartTag.

Overall, I find it
very user-friendly and something I need to smoothen my daily life plus reduce
