Located in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, bouchon Enfin is an extension of Chef James Won’s celebrates Malaysian culture not only through its menu, but also in its collaborations with local artisans and mavens from different crafts.

Bouchon refers to restaurants in Lyon, France that are known for their convivial atmosphere and family-style dining, typically featuring family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Chef James Won draws inspiration from one of his culinary role models, his Po Po (grandmother), by developing a menu that evokes a sense of familiarity and comfort.

The restaurant features
dishes like the Chili Belacan Vongole, a Wild Rice Bowl with ‘beras’ from
Sarawak, and Coq Au Vin featuring Fook Chow red rice wine, with servings that
are crafted for sharing, taking cue from the Malaysian makan culture of sharing
food. bouchon Enfin offers a menu for any occasion, be it yum cha sessions
among friends, or a celebration with loved ones.

With his continued commitment in incorporating quality, local ingredients, Chef James Won works closely with local suppliers and partners to serve only the best. With pork as the main star, bouchon Enfin sources its cuts directly from their in-house charcuterie expert, Mr Kuan, whose self-taught techniques and expertise allows him to smoke the most succulent ham and bacon.
In keeping with the brand’s ethos of giving back to the local community, bouchon Enfin also works together with social enterprise, Langit, in sourcing heirloom agricultural products locally from East Malaysia such as rice, golden coral snails, and peppercorn.
In-line with
celebrating all things local, bouchon Enfin’s cool, eclectic interior sets a
perfect casual lepak mood, thanks to the masterful work of local award-winning
interior designer, Swofinty Yik Design, with a unique wing installation and
mural by renowned graffiti artist, Kenji Chai to complete the vibe.
And what better way
to complement the ambience than with an extensive beverage menu focused on gin
and champagne. Choose from a wide array of gins from across the globe to enjoy
in a refreshing Gin & Tonic, like a signature Hendrick’s G&T served
with a slice of cucumber.
You could also sip on
a range of classic cocktails and bouchon Enfin twists, such as the Earl G Sour
or Gin Very Spritz, during Cocktail Hour, or enjoy a champagne sundowner with
your best friends and a bottle of Moët & Chandon.

Beyond the kitchen,
the BeKind Group as a whole is also extending its efforts in giving back to the
community by donating 10% of their sales from bouchon Enfin and Enfin to its
partner charities and foundations, ranging from orphanages, refugee
communities, and homeless outreach programmes. bouchon Enfin will also be
introducing a special sandwich cart every morning that will be complimentary
throughout the MCO period to those in need.
The BeKind Group are also looking to
collaborate with local fashion designers in the near future to continue
