That's not good, therefore I make it a point to go for my regular workout at least twice a week to keep my body active. This is my first-time trying Nestlé Honey Gold Flakes and I like the crispy flakes made from golden corn, lightly coated with the rich taste of honey. It is so easy to prepare, versatile as I can add any fruits or nuts that I like, and taste great too plus comes with the simple goodness Whole Grain. This time I added my cereal with banana, grapes, and milk just the way I like it to give me an energy booster after my workout.
