Go light and easy
with choices of soup, appetisers, and salads. Warm-up with cream of mushroom
soup and sup ayam berempah mamak style. Some of the refreshing salad include
Thai style beef salad, Hawaiian chicken salad of sorts.
Continue with the
main dishes. Amongst some of the tea time recommendations are stir-fried spaghetti
with tom yam paste, Hainanese chicken rice, deep-fried chicken wings with Malay
spices or pinepapple fried rice, wok-fried char kway teow or mee mamak,
deep-fried wanton dumpling, pan-fried carrot cake with vegetables, mee rebus
special and other tempting dishes. Complete your meal with our specialty, a
glass of hot teh tarik.
Buffet dinner offers
more mouthwatering dishes such as Hawaiian chicken salad in pineapple boat,
Thai style steamed seabass with soy sauce, stir-fried prawn with nestum, Thai
beef massaman curry or grilled lamb shoulder with black pepper sauce. Seafood
lovers, head to the seafood on ice section and tuck into few servings of
chilled prawn and green mussels. From seafood, another favourite section is the
Teppanyaki Corner. Beef and chicken slices, prawn and veggies are cooked on a
hot griddle, with freshness and smoking hot texture of the ingredients is at
its best!

cooking stations serving selection of ‘From The Chinese Wok’ serving stir-fried
prawn with nestum, braised shiitake mushroom with broccoli.
Complete the meal
with sweet tempters such as chocolate fudge cake, red velvet cake, cream puff,
