9-Day Detox with Forever Living C9 Review

How Does Forever Living C9 Program Works?

Forever Living C9 Program is divided to 2 Stages which are fasting and 600 calories intake a day. Throughout the 9 days, I did some light exercise 30 minutes per day, sleep well, and drink 3 litres of water per day.

Day 1 and 2 were the fasting days to reset my body and mind. I only take Forever Living C9 Set and I can’t eat any food. This helps my body to get rid of the toxic, dead and damage cells, you can refer to the meal plan below.

For me the 1st day is a bit of a struggle because I crave for solid food. Luckily that I started this detox program during the long holiday therefore I stayed at home during Day 1 and 2. Plus I get myself occupied with my work so I don’t think about food or eating. The 2nd Day was much better because my body and mind kind of adjusted to the diet plan.

Day 3 to 9 were easy to adapt as I was allowed to take solid food but limit to 600 calories per day at the same time I have to follow the diet plan (refer to the photo below).

Before I started for every C9 program my weight is 58.5kgs which is quite high for me. I feel that my stomach always bloated and gassy especially after my meal, even I take very small portion I can see that my tummy is bulging up. Plus, I have constipation due to my improper diet or stress. Usually in the afternoon I becomes very sluggish or low energy that I need a cup of coffee to perk me.

After my 9-Day Forever Living C9 Program, I checked my weight I lost about 3kgs. It’s not a drastic weight lost which is good. Now I feel that my body is lighter and cleaner plus my digestive system has improved a lot. I believe that my weight will drop further if I continue with the diet plan and finished up my supplements.

What I really like about this Forever Living C9 Program is that it doesn’t makes me purge or diarrhea. I went to toilet regularly in the morning and evening smoothly and now also. The detox is very gentle and I don’t feel sluggish or low energy, in fact I feel I m more energetic than before and the most obvious part is that my stomach is not as bloated as before. I measured before the program, when my lower stomach was bloated it’s about 35 inch but now it’s back to 32 inch, a big improvement for me.

Besides, I can see that my skin is glowing and not as yellowish as before. That is because I have got rid of the toxic which stuck in my body for so long. Overall, I’m glad that I did my 9-Day Detox Diet with Forever Living C9. Now my body feels lighter and cleaner and I look more cheerful simply because I’m more energetic and glowing.
