9 Reasons Why I Fitbit Charge 4 Advanced Fitness Tracker
1. Simple & Sleek Design
1. Simple & Sleek Design
I like its simple and sleek design with silicone sports band that is flexible and durable. Plus, it’s light so I feel comfortable wearing it throughout the day and even when I tighten it up during my workout session. The color choices are trendy as well. It is not bulky and minimalist; therefore, it goes well with my daily outfit as well, even when I am wearing dresses it fits in well.
The rectangular touch screen size backlit OLED display that responds to natural swiping and scrolling; just the right slim size to show the information that I need when I workout or on-the-go.

Built-In GPS |
2. Built-In GPS
The new added built-in GPS is a plus point and also one of the main reasons I like about this charge 4. Previously I have to rely on the phone app to track my GPS but now I can see my real-time pace and distance without a phone. The GPS allows the Charge 4 to map my route during my outdoor walk, run, bike ride or hike without having to rely on my phone. Plus, I can also see a heat map of your route on the Fitbit app, which indicates the intensity based on my heart rate when I was running.
3. 24/7 Heart Rate Tracking
Now I can also monitor my heart rate 24/7 to better track calorie burn, see my resting heart rate trends and get real-time guidance to optimize your workouts. With the Active Zone Minutes, I will feel a buzz when I reach my target heart rate zones during exercise and celebrate when I earn extra minutes outside of workouts. It’s kind of motivation for me to keep moving. The goal is to have 150 active minutes logged by the end of each week, but you can increase or decrease the target based on your fitness level.

4. Sleep Tracker
This sleep tracker is
kind of a reminder to me to allocate more time and more quality sleep for myself.
Well sometimes, I work till late nite, so the next day when I check my stats I would
feel guilty and yeah try to go to bed earlier or on a more consistent time every
night. The sleep tracker understand our rest with automatic sleep tracking and
silent alarms on our wrist, plus bedtime reminders and tips in the app.
Up to 7-Day Battery Life |
5. Up to 7-Day
Battery Life
The charge 4 has long
battery life, for regular daily usage the battery can last up to 7 days but if I
on my GPS and track my runs like 3 to 4 times a week the battery can last up to
like maximum 4 or 5 days. I still thinks its pretty cool because I don’t have
to charge it on alternate day like my previous tracker.
Customizable Clock Face ~ Stats Heavy |
6. Customizable Clock
Face
I kind of like the personalize
clock face by choosing from a variety of clock faces designed. Right now I m
using the Stats Heavy which has time, steps, heart rate, calories burnt, and kilometer.
7. Swimproof
If you are wondering can
you wear your fitbit charge 4 when you swim. Yes, its water resistant up to
50M, so you can wear your tracker or smartwatch in the shower, pool and beyond.
8. Female Health
Tracking
Know your body on a
deeper level using your tracker or smartwatch with the Fitbit app to follow
your cycle, record symptoms, and more.
