Well, Xin Cuisine Steamboat comes with 2 types of soup base ~ Xin’s Signature Curry Broth and Herbal Chicken Soup. I love the Xin’s Signature Curry broth the spiciness is moderate.

I have selected the Set B for 4 pax, it comes with fresh tiger prawn, grouper fillet, fresh scallop, fish maw, squid, sliced bacon, sliced pork, dried scallop with fish paste, fish gluten, homemade dumpling, pork ball, fried wanton, baby pok choy, Chinese cabbage, oyster mushroom, baby corn, crispy gluten sheet, tofu, meehoon, and egg noodles.

Xin Cuisine Steamboat Fresh Ingredients for Set B RM55 x 4 paxs

The ingredients portions are generous, soup base is not over-powering or too flavourful. Overall, all the ingredients are fresh and their homemade dumplings are really good with lots of fresh prawns in it.

To order please WhatsApp 012-238 2421 or 012-399 5007. Order time from 10am to 6pm daily. Last order is 6.30pm, the delivery period is about 60 minutes. Delivery fees from 0 to 5km is RM5 and from 5km to 10km is RM10.
