How To Bake Frozen Croissants from Bakery Café HACHI

1. Store at freezer (consume within 1 month)

2. Place croissant at chiller overnight for about 8hrs to minimize the proofing time within 30 to 60mins. Or else, thaw for 90 minutes.

3. Pre-heat oven to 180 Celsius for 10 minutes.

4. Bake croissant at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes. The croissant size will increase 1cm height.

5. Enjoy your freshly baked crispy croissants.

Thaw the frozen croissants for 90 minutes

Bake croissant at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes
