Hey! speaking about
beauty tips, there are a lot out there but sometimes we side-track especially
during the quarantine period. Since we are now in Restricted Movement Control
Order (RMCO) its time to get back on track. These are some of my Beauty Tips
and Beauty Reminders; The 6 Easy Ways to Keep Your Skin Glowing. Well, it’s
pretty easy to follow, remember consistency is the key.

Drink Enough Water
This is step one and
always the most important to constantly keep our body hydrated. A lot of sickness
and skin problems start due to dehydration. Well, note to self, simple things
like drink at least 3.7 liters of water every day is a must to hydrate your
skin.
Daily Skincare Routine
As I mentioned so
many times, there are no shortcuts, if you want to have healthy glowing skin
you got to put in the effort. Daily skincare routine plays an important part to
maintain your skin hygiene, moisture and also health. The 3 very basic steps
you must not miss every morning and evening before going to bed are cleanse,
tone, and moisturize.

Besides the 3 basic
skincare steps to boost skin glow, you can add exfoliation and mask into your
weekly skincare routine. Usually, I scrub or exfoliate and apply my mask twice a
week. Exfoliation is good to clear away dead skin cells and let the new skin
cell regenerate. Whereby, the mask helps to replenish the nutrients, hydrations, and
essentials for the skin.

Aha! Don’t forget you are what you eat! So be mindful when you choose your food. Incorporate lots of vegetables and fruits into your diets and cut down on fatty food, meats, and processed food. Nowadays, I will set a few days to detox my body by eating clean and fuel my body with nutrients. Detox helps to cleanse away the toxic in your body, hence promote more radiant skin.
Beauty Sleep
Beauty sleep is important not only for our skin but also our general well-being. I mean not just sleep but quality sleep or deep sleep that allows your body to relax and your cell regenerate. Did you notice that if you don’t have enough sleep, your skin will look patchy and of course, you will be cranky very easy.

Workout
This is a must, after all the feast and staying at home for so many days I guess some of us piled up a few kilos. Well, what are you waiting for? It’s time to lose the kilos and improves blood circulation.
Self-Care and Self-Love
are important so don’t neglect our skin and health. Use the skincare that is
