Glad that during this pandemic situation there are many corporations who willing to step forward to help our frontliners combat with COVID-19. Recently, Malaysia’s Ministry of Health (MOH) received four technology solutions from Huawei
Malaysia to assist in the nation’s attempts to combat the spread of COVID-19. With the recent spike in COVID-19
cases, the effectiveness of communication and data exchange is essential in
screening for infected individuals and controlling the spread of infection.
Huawei’s Public Health Event Emergency Response Solution will enable healthcare
experts to work with frontline medical professionals to conduct remote online
consultations with patients, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of
diagnosis and treatment, and ensure there is continuous communication in
real-time between the Government and public hospitals, via its video
conferencing and wireless connectivity capabilities.

COVID-19. He told the Health Minister that the Malaysia office has taken
stringent prevention measures to uphold the safety and protection of its
employees. Its operations will continue to serve its clients, working to
guarantee smooth network operation in this critical time.
The four components as part of
the response solutions are as follows:
Huawei Telemedicine Video
Conference
The Huawei Telemedicine Video
Conference Solution is based on the latest H.265 technology, ensuring a full-HD
video experience and capable of operating on limited bandwidth. It provides
secure, professional, and reliable audio for all the quarantine hospitals to
have a real-time video conference and collaboration with the Ministry of
Health.
Hospital Wireless Network
Communication Solution
This solution provides wireless
network coverage for hospitals, wards and emergency medical tents. With Huawei
5G-powered unique antenna and algorithm technologies, Huawei wireless network
communication can provide services with no waiting time and achieve no packet
loss during roaming.
This allows various users, including doctors in diagnostic
rooms, nurses inwards, and epidemic emergency teams to utilize the high-speed
network connection in their combat against COVID-19.
AI Cloud Auto Detection Solution
Leveraging core cloud services
such as cloud-network synergy, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence of Huawei
Cloud and its partners, enables early detection and early diagnosis so that
hospitals can swiftly identify the infected patients for early quarantine and
receive early treatment.
