Hey! Are you a fan of western cuisine?
Well, sometimes I love to dine at western restaurants for some special occasions
or even date nights to add sparks to the relationship. Anyway, during this Movement
Control Period (MCO) we are not able to do that anymore. Fret not, we still can order
western food delivery and dine at the comfort of our home. I would like to
share with you the Best Western Foods You Can Try-On in KL & PJ,
check it out yo!
Best Western Foods You Can Try-On in KL & PJ |
As we know that Red Lobster is one of America’s favorite and the world’s largest seafood restaurant chain is now in Malaysia and it is also their first restaurant in South East Asia. Savor the freshness and variety of Live Maine or Live Rock Lobsters, Snow Crab Legs, Shrimps, Scallops, Salmon and more. At Red Lobsters we can choose how we like our seafood to be cooked either, grilled, baked, blackened or steamed.
Red Lobster |
Must try The Lobster Bisque is my favourite. The creamy savoury soup with quite generous of lobster bits in it. If you like a rich and strong lobster taste, you will like this soup. I wish that I could have a bowl of Lobster Bisque soup on a rainy day.
Bar Harbor Lobster Bake is quite big portion and for sharing. I like the combination of whole seafood and pasta; roasted split lobster tail, tender shrimps, sea scallops, mussels and linguini in savory thick seafood broth.
Victoria Station
Victoria Station was founded by a Hainanese cook who used to work closely with the British and the legacy has then been passed on until now. With Hainanese being known to be great cooks, there should definitely no doubt to expect quality cuisines from Victoria Station. They serve a wide variety of western food including from grills, to sizzling, pasta, pizza steaks, salads, and more.

Victoria Station is famous for its steaks, it would be definitely a waste to visit the place and not try out their air-flown Ribeye Steak perfectly seasoned. Lobsters are also among their must-try but if you couldn’t choose, then go for one of their Lobster Combos that comes with the lobster and prime-cut loin of your liking.
La Casa, Mont Kiara |
La Casa serves mainly Western and Italian home cook dishes. The ambience is quite cozy with wooden fixtures and quirky furnishings replete with eye-catching cushions and bookshelf in a spacious homey feel. La Casa emphasis on their food natural flavours with healthy fare prepared from scratch without MSG, chemicals and artificial flavourings.
For those who want a quick bite perhaps you can try the Turkey Chorizo, Camembert & Honey Sandwich. Its cut into 4, the combination aroma turkey and cheese just right. The portion is not too big.
Coliseum Café [ Photo credit Coliseum Café Facebook page ] |
Coliseum Café
Coliseum Café has been around since 1921 and it's nostalgic place to dine for some KL folks. Their legendary Hainanese chicken chop is one of the sorts after, plus their sizzling steak also one of the best-sellers. Coliseum Café is one of my parents favorite when they crave for western food. T.G.I. Friday’s |
T.G.I. Friday’s serves desserts and the additional delicious selections to the authentic American food and drinks at affordable at every Friday’s outlets nationwide to satisfy your craving.
Must try the Chipotle Yucatan Chicken Salad, I love the generous portion of avocado. Do you know that avocado is good for the skin and also digestion? The roasted pulled chicken breast seasoned with garlic oregano and blackening spices is kicking my taste bud. I wish the chili or spices are a little less so that is not too overpowering. This salad is served on a bed of mixed greens tossed with avocado, mixed cheese, diced tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, and crisp tostadas. Finished with a drizzle of cilantro-lime vinaigrette and sriracha aioli.
