Yes! Started the year right with Sun
Life Malaysia Resolution Run 2020 together with 3,738 runners at D' Sun Zone, Perdana
Botanical Garden Kuala Lumpur on 12th Jan, 2020! It was my first run
of the year and the decade. This year I pledge to lead a healthier lifestyle by
exercise at least 3 times a week, eat balance diet and also love myself more.

I have been slagging my workout
recently, I’m not going to let this drag on. Get-up! Go-out! Work-out! Inspired
to lead a healthier life? Do it now, sometimes later becomes never. Thanks to Sun
Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad and Sun Life Malaysia Takaful Berhad
(collectively Sun Life Malaysia), a life insurance and Family Takaful provider
respectively for putting together this Resolution Run 2020! Started the bright
new year with their best foot forward along with 3,738 Malaysians.

When I collected my race kit I was like wow! there are so many goodies in it. Then I’m glad that I decided to take the shuttle bus from KL Sentral to Perdana Botanical Garden Kuala Lumpur to avoid the jam and parking hassle at the race locations because I received the notification that there were 3 events going on at the same areas on that day.

I had a great time running together with Ruby and Hans. Yes we made it and completed our 5KM run!

Along the run there we some obstacles that we have to go through and also there were also signboards to inspire and motivate us to lead a healthier life. The water station, signages, routes, and medal collection were well arranged, well done!

This is the fourth edition of the
Run advocated the importance of healthy living though running and keeping
diseases such as diabetes and obesity at bay. There are 12KM run for adults
(open and plus categories for men and women) and a 5KM fun run for adults and
children.

Action star and Sun Life Malaysia brand ambassador, Hairul Azreen who
also joined the 12KM run. The event is
held annually not only in Malaysia but across 4 other Sun Life’s Asian markets.

Overall, I had a great morning
workout at Resolution Run 2020. After the run, there were many activities going
on such as games booths, stalls, photo booths, drinks, and foods trucks. Well, now I’m more semangat and will be more active and participate in more running events from now on. Yeah! Cheers to 2020 and a healthier lifestyle.
