Hey! Many of you will
be heading to the malls for your year-end shopping and more. And I know some you
love to take photos especially during festive season because the mall will
beautifully decorated. This year see the festive season in a whole new light as
Avenue K illuminates the mall in a magnificent display of glittering lights.

The ground floor
atrium of Avenue K will be transformed into a sight to behold as it shimmers
and shines. Set amidst the spectacular backdrop of a charming golden gazebo,
two angelic statues welcome shoppers to the perfect spot for countless photo
opportunities amongst giant Christmas trees wrapped in twinkling lights.
During A Shimmery Christmastide launch event, Avenue K invited the orphans from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Mary KL for a celebration

chandeliers suspended from the ceiling illuminate the atrium’s ‘sky’, creating
a dazzling display of spellbinding lights. don’t miss taking lots of
Instagram-worthy shots with their Winter White Angel embellished with
shimmery white wings.

What I really love is
the charming Christmas marketplace, featuring a grand ornate roof
enhanced by the brilliance of a hanging chandelier, sparkling lights, and
blossoming floral decorations. Feast on seasonal delights and shop for sweets,
gifts, and treats at our festively decorated booths. Look out for Santa and
Santarina as they walk around the mall to spread their festive cheer. Who
knows, Santa might give you a gift to bring home!

During A Shimmery Christmastide
launch event, Avenue K invited the orphans from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak
Yatim Mary KL for a celebration. The orphans were invited to shop at Max
Fashion and Avenue K also unveiled a Christmas Wishing Tree where the
children were given the opportunity to hang their Christmas wishes on the tree
for shoppers at large to fulfill their Christmas wishes.

Shoppers may drop the
gifts at the Information Counter and the mall will deliver the gifts to the
children before Christmas day. The celebration continued with songstress Joy
Victor entertained the children with a special Christmas performance while the
children themselves showed off their vocal skills with a Christmas carol
presentation. To end the day on a happy note, the orphans were treated to a
delicious dinner at Urbean.

There are many fun activities
for the kids such as Christmas art & craft workshops to learn how to make
acorn necklaces and wooden houses. Plus lots of goodies to give away including
personal caricatures and Christmas dough figurines, so be sure to sign up early.
And there will be caroling session going on also.
