During the forum, I also gained many information about Belgian Fries and food culture from Mr. Romain Cools, Secretary-General of Belgapom, The Belgian Potato Trade & Processing Industry Association. Plus the way to healthy frying by Bruno De Meulenaer, Head of Laboratory Ghent University.
