Family & Friends Charity Walk is back! In conjunction with Breast
Cancer Awareness Month on 20 October 2019. This year, Shangri-La Hotel,
Kuala Lumpur will join hands with Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and CEPT
to raise funds for Breast Cancer Association Welfare Malaysia (BCWA).

Fee: RM60 /person;
RM120 /family (includes x2 t-shirts for adults)

Itinerary:
7am: Speech, warm up,
7.30am: City 5km Walk
(Sunday car free area)
9am: Giveaway, Zumba
(optional)
Until 12pm:
Complimentary breast check session with BCWA (MURNI mobile van)
Light breakfast and
refreshments will be provided.

It is expected that
300 participants, including hotel guests, associates and their family members
as well as cancer survivors, will join the 5KM city walk to raise awareness on
breast cancer. BCWA will also be offering a complimentary breast check session
inside the MURNI Mobile Clinic.
All participants and
hotel guests are welcome to get a complimentary check-up from 7am until 12pm. A
fun warm up session and light refreshments will be provided before and after
the event.
There will be
entertainment for the children and anyone is welcome to join a short Zumba
class led by Suraya of Fitmania after the citywalk. Sponsors of the event
include BCWA, SUZUKI Gourmet Coffee, and Fitmania.
