Ready, Set, Glow with Guardian

Hey! New Year New Me! You know every year I set my resolutions that I want to hit the gym at least 3 times, lose x amount of weight and blah blah... but at the end of the year what happen? Did I made it... er sometimes yes but not every week la. With so many work and family commitments plus the traffic and weather conditions in our country, sometime is just not possible. So recently I learned a few simple workout at Ready, Set, Glow with Guardian  that I can incorporate into my daily routine without any hassle.
