Well we love Yee Sang not only it’s a great appetizer to start the meal but also a way to start the conversation and also an auspicious year. This year the Chef has crafted 6 varieties of Prosperity Yee Sang that comprises of different seafood options and an appetizing mix of refreshing ingredients such as white turnips, carrots, yam as well as accompaniments like pickled ginger and pomelo, complemented with a homemade plum sauce.

The 6 varieties of Prosperity Yee Sang includes Salmon Yee Sang, Fruity Fiesta Yee Sang, Yee Sang with Smoked Duck, Salmon & Fu Kwei Abalone, Jellyfish Yee Sang, Yee Sang with Golden Crispy Enoki, and Twin Prosperity Yee Sang with Salmon & White Bait.

The ingredients in the pot includes Sun-Dried Scallop, Fish Maw, Fresh Scallop, Flower Mushroom, Fu Kwei Abalone, Farm Chicken, Roasted Duck, Money Bag, Sea Cucumber, Vegetarian Dried Bean Curd, Vegetable, Tiger Prawn, Fish Stomach, Coral Clam and Fungi Mushroom.
