Using the wrong type of cleanser can also causes our skin to become dry. I am very careful with all my skin cleanser. What I really love about this Balneum Intensiv Wash is that it’s very mild and soap free synthetic detergent for gentle daily cleansing of dry and very dry skin. It contains emollient lipids and protects the skin against moisture loss.

The Texture: Balneum Intensiv Wash

Balneum Intensiv Wash is suitable for daily usage of cleansing of hands, face or those areas are very dry. It is in thick liquid texture without any fragrance and also scent. Just pour a small amount on palm, lather with a bit of water and then massage on skin. Rinse off with water and pat dry. It can also be used a shampoo also.

I like this very mild cleanser, it doesn’t have any tightening or itchiness after cleansing. Yet the skin feels clean, comfortable and moist. Plus it doesn’t strip away our natural skin oil. I have eczema on my right arms so I test it on that area and it does not caused any itchiness after cleansing unlike the usual soap or body shower that I have.

Balneum Intensive Lotion is an oil-in-water emulsion with a high lipid content, for the dermatological care of dry and very dry skin. The lotion is an emollient with intensive moisturizing characteristics.

The Texture: Balneum Intensive Lotion

I like the smooth milky emulsion without any fragrance or scent. The lotion penetrates into skin very fast and leaves skin with suppleness and moist. I love to use it after shower because immediately it replenish my skin moisture, leaving me the soft and smooth skin.

Then I will concentrate more in my eczema areas, after using this for like 3 days the redness on my skin subside and immediately after application the flakiness reduced. It is suitable for anytime, and can be applied as many times as we like. It’s best for the body hands and legs.

This is an intensive moisturizing cream that suitable for very dry, sensitive and eczema skin. It comes in thick cream texture, without any scent. The cream is smooth and sift that glide and absorb fast into my skin. I applied it on the very dry and rough areas such as my eczema areas, elbow, knee, ankle and many more.

It helps to lock and maintain the moisture on the skin. This is the tub of cream that I would carry whenever I travel or on flight. As you know on flight can be quire drying and that causes our skin to developed wrinkles faster.

My Verdict:

Balneum Intensive range is best for those who has very dry skin, eczema or sensitive skin. The products are mild and effective, it protect the skin, prevent the skin moisture loss and at the same time reduce skin itchiness or inflammation for those who has eczema or flaky skin.

As for the price range, Balneum Intensive range is selling at a quite reasonable price at the pharmacies for the products are manufactured in Germany. I love the immediate moisture replenish, lasting hydration and the comfortable feeling after using this skincare range.

Review: Balneum Intensiv For My Very Dry, Sensitive and Eczema Skin

For those suffering from eczema, itchiness, flakiness and skin sensitivity are our main skin concerns and discomfort.
