Press the on & off button twice to start the vibration. Then you can increase or decrease the vibration intensity levels with the + / - buttons. The use it for your pre, post or during workout.

The foam rolling coupled with vibration helps to enhance blood circulation as it provides deeper penetration for muscle activation. It’s great for activation and regeneration as well as for strength & stability exercises plus fasciae training.

It provides deep tissue massage and also relaxes the muscles after workout. Beside, using it for your workout, you can use it as for back massage too! I like to use it on my upper and lower back for a quick relief.

Medisana PowerRoll XT Ultrasoft is powered by Lithium-Ion battery, and the battery can last up to 3 hours. The length is 45cm which provides extra wide training area especially for the back. 4 LEDs indicate the battery charge status and also indicate of the selected intensity level.
