We started with a casual meet and greet session where we get to know more about Natasha by dr. Fredi Setyawan company history, products and also some basic skincare tips from the in house doctor. During the sharing session we get to try out their products and also there were demos on how to use them the correct way.

The story begins over 20 years ago when dr. Fredi Setyawan, eager to care for his wife, first created personalized skincare for her. After many studies, tests and visits to numerous international beauty seminars, he developed his first real beauty product, with a focus on it being suitable for the skin of the tropical Southeast Asian region's inhabitants.

Dr. Fredi opened the first Natasha outlet in Ponorogo, East Java to fill in this niche. 'Natasha' was taken after the name of their second child, and so a booming beauty business was born. The story continues today with the opening of more outlets, including our very first flagship store in Malaysia opening in November 2017.

This is one of my favourite, its a very refreshing and magic facial wash. Just apply on the skin and it will transform into bubble, leave it for 1 minutes and then wipe it off with cotton pad or tissue and then rinse. Immediately all the impurities and traces of makeup are gone my skin feels refreshed without drying the skin.

Then after that, I adjourned to the 1^st floor where the treatment rooms located. I did my first Ritual Macadamia Traditional Spa Treatment and my masseur is from Indonesia and trained there also.

Oh my, I love this treatment room, it’s so spacious with most of the fittings in white and wood tone. The spa room comes with a changing cubicle, resting areas, massage bed, bath tub, foot treatment areas and also the dressing console.

Let’s starts! First is the mini foot spa then continue with healing, means inhale and exhaling the aromatherapy to relax the mind and body. Them followed by the dry massage and oil massage for the whole body. After that is the body scrub using macadamia brightening body scrub and then take a long bath in that bathtub.

Overall, I had a total relaxation and rejuvenating pampering spa session at Natasha by dr. Fredi Setyawan Malaysia Beauty & Wellness Centre in Bangsar. Not only their services are tip top with well-trained therapist and also their facilities exceed my expectations. My skin feels so smooth and moist especially after the macadamia brightening lulur or scrub. I was served a warm ginger tea after my treatment at the resting areas and feeling rejuvenated.
