By the way, the correct way to pronounce Chir Chir is Chi-Re Chi-Re. Now they have more new dishes, such as Curry Fried Chicken, Chi-Bap, Nest Snow, and many more. I love to hangout and dine-out in Pavilion and Pavilion Elite, there are many restaurants choices and Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory is one of the Korean restaurant that I would recommend you to go for their fried chicken.

Their vibrant and quirky interior set the mood for casual dining with friends, colleagues and family. Their portion choices are versatile and can either be enjoyed alone or a party of 2 or more. I like to go with 3 or 4 friends or more people so that we can try more dishes.

This is specially cater for people like me who love spicy and local palates. Chir Chir Curry Fried Chicken is coated fresh chicken with the signature batter, deep-fried till golden-brown crispy perfection then generously showered in their very own addictive curry seasoning, and dried chilli flakes.

Beware! It’s very addictive, so crispy on the outside and tender inside. It exudes very strong aroma of fragrant curry leaves but it is slightly spicy only although it is coated with chilli flakes. Overall, Chir Chir’s new Curry Fried Chicken very crispy, fragrant, sweet and has a hint of spiciness.

This is highly addictive and perfect for the whole family plus the children too. It’s boneless fried chicken chunks, potato wedges and rice cakes with the sweet honey butter flavor and comes with cream sauce on the side. The whole combination gives a varieties of texture, and mix. It super crispy, and tasty that I can’t stop pick-up and bite.

Spicy Chi-Bap is the spiciest among all the new dishes that we tried on that day. Dare to take the challenge? Anyway I like it because it gives me the kick. Chir Chir's Spicy Chi-Bap is juicy fried chicken tenders in a spicy marinade of onion salsa, smoky BBQ sauce, sweet potatoes, topped with crispy fries and grated cheese, plus served on a bed of aromatic seaweed-flavoured rice.

The Spicy Chi-Bap dish is inspired by Korea’s beloved Bibimbap (Korean mixed rice dish, usually topped with chilli pepper paste, soy sauce or fermented soyabean paste).

The Rose Cheese Chiqueen keeps me excited from their presentation till the last bite. It’s a twist from the usual fried chicken, this modern and innovative Korean dosh caters for cheese lovers. Rose Cheese Chiqueen is served in a hot pan with the generous portion of crispy fried chicken tenders and chunky potato wedges siting on a bed of shredded mozzarella cheese. 

OMG! the fried chicken coated with melted cheese 

When the mozzarella cheese melted, the waiter added the creamy fondue cheese on top of the dish, mixed it and let’s dig-in. Ohh… it’s so yummy, cheese and satisfying. Imagine the fried chicken is coated with warm cheese and smoothen with creamy fondue cheese. Do enjoy this dish when it is still hot, if not the cheese might be hardened when it’s cold.

For those who prefer roast chicken with a dash of Malaysian taste then this dish is for you. The perfectly oven roasted chicken with Chir Chir spicy BBQ sauce, egg, baked potatoes with sour cream. Taste wise it’s well-balanced with a hint of spiciness, fragrant and goes well with the side dish. I tried dipping the roasted chicken in the sour cream and it turns out to be good as well.

The Nest Snow is also fried chicken with cheese but this is less cheesy compared to Rose Cheese Chiqueen. The crispy fried cajun chicken tenders on the bed of creamy sweet potato mash and topped with freshly whipped cream and grated cheese. Overall this dish is very creamy, if you are the type who really loves creamy food then this is the dish for you.

Apart from their food, I find that Chir Chir has an extensive of modern and innovative beverages in versatile portion also. Their new refreshing beverages comes in 2 serving sizes, glass for single portion and jag for sharing. Both of these new beverages are perfect companion for all the dishes above.

The smooth and creamy sweet Pineapple Smoothie, ice-blend tropical mix of pineapple puree, coconut and mint leaves with strawberry and banana syrup at the bottom is so satisfying. The refreshing Grapefruit Yoghurt Grapefruit yoghurt, ice-blend grapefruit, grapefruit yoghurt and mint leaves is so refreshing.

Overall if your are looking for a place to satisfy your cravings for Korean Fried Chicken then Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory is perfect stop for you, your friends and family too. Their new menu has a varieties to suits out palates, portion is versatile, food is fresh, tasty and quality ingredients. I love their Curry Fried Chicken, Honey Butter Chicken, and Spicy Chi-Bap, the Rose Cheese Chiqueen is something very interesting to try too.
