Hey! Here are the compilation of my #7DaysBetter Journey to a Longer, Healthier, and Better Life with AIA Vitality Malaysia. These are my how to Eat Better, Stay Active, Be Smart With Money, Stay Motivated, Live Well, Do Something New, and Do Good.



#7DaysBetter by achieving our mini-goals that start from home. It can be something simple but sometimes we take it for granted.

Day 1: Eat Better

As a Penangite, I love hawker food like char koey teow, asam laksa and many more, but they might be a bit too oily, salty and unhealthy. Because it’s too dark to run outside after work, I decided to hit the gym instead of going to the park to fulfill my weekly mileage. Feeling a bit guilty because I’ve been skipping my long slow distance (lsd) run for quite some time. This year, I pledge to come back stronger and be more consistent with my lsd. Stay active! When was the last time you read a book? I can’t remember when was the last time I read a book because was too engross with electronic media. Remind me again why I don’t do this more often. Alternative lounging at home and enjoy your home av system such as listening to music or watching your favourite movie also another great way to relax and unwind.

I always wanted to work more on the right side of my brain that coordinates and performs tasks that have do with creativity and art. Although I am not good with drawing, I admire beautiful paintings and calligraphy. This year I will learn something new like watercolour painting or calligraphy. Thanks to @aiamalaysia's #7DaysBetter for the push. You too can pick up a new hobby or learn something new that you always wanted to. Dropped my change in the box after buying lunch today. It may be a small gesture but it creates a big impact for the needy children because no matter big or small, every action makes a difference. Do something good today, even as small as donating your change for the needy or buying a meal for a stranger or something bigger as part of @aiamalaysia#7DaysBetter contest and stand a chance to win Reebok vouchers worth RM1,000.
