The moment I saw the LX Grande during its launch, it was such a WOW! I was impressed with its overall luxury appearance with its stunning glass door sleek design that comes with modernized LED control panel which is hidden from sight, but unveils itself simply with a gentle touch.

Let’s check it out! The LX Grande 4 doors refrigerator offering an immense internal storing space of 630L, it’s an ultimate refrigerator to accommodate my groceries shopping and pre-meal preparation storage for more than a week. 

I love the French door design on the top part of the refrigerator, it gives a wider internal space of 760mm. This is perfect for party food preparation and large platters. And look at these compartments, makes the food storage and organization more efficient especially with its drawer compartment design. Plus it comes with 2 ingenious drawer doors at the bottom for more efficient storage.

The Technology: Supercool Chilling & Vitamin Factory technology

“Supercool Chilling” drawer case designed to not freeze and damage food cells 

The LX Grande “Supercool Chilling” technology is something very unique and you ought to know it. This “Supercool Chilling” drawer case is ideal to store my meat, fish, or other perishable food without freezing it, at about -3°C to 0°C. This feature is designed to not freeze and damage food cells in spite of subzero temperature and thus, ideal for storing meat, fish and other perishable foods at temperature about -3 to 0 degree Celsius. This allows food ready to be cooked without the need to defrost, saves time and yet, ensuring freshness.

Can you imagine, my meat, fish, poultry will still be kept fresh and ready to cook without need to thaw or defrost. This makes life easier and more convenience especially when I came back from work I’m hungry and hope to prepare my meal as fast as I can. Plus meat or fish without defrost will taste better and fresher to. On top of that this feature will help me to save time in the kitchen therefore I can enjoy my meal time with my family. That makes me want to cook more often at home and have more quality time with the family.

Look at me! I was so happy to know that the LX Grande comes with “Vitamin Factory” technology. The independent vegetable drawer at the bottom comes with Mitsubishi Electric’s “Vitamin Factory” technology where the LED light installed acts on the chlorophyll of the vegetables by stimulating the photosynthesis process. This preserves the reducing sugar to maintain the freshness of vegetables for a longer time.

The Freezer Drawer is below with Sliding Tray at the top

The freezer drawer below is divided by a Sliding Tray at the top that can be pushed back to reveal the rest of the freezer drawer. As you can see it is wide and roomy enough to fit bulky items such as ice cream tubs, loaves of bread, whole chicken, frozen vegetables and many more. The top tray is ideal for storage and organization of flat pack items such as meat packs.

LX Grande comes with automatic ice maker 

For those who love to have iced drinks the automatic ice maker is so convenient. LX Grande is equipped with the supply of ice cubes is produced by the automatic ice maker without the need for a plumbing connection. The removable water tank can be easily filled with tap water. Plus to ensure the water is clean and safe to drink, Mitsubishi Electric designed all the parts of the water case can be segregated individually for easy cleaning on top of the already installed filter.

Well you might think that with the sheer capacity and promising features of LX Grande will cost a hike in electricity consumption, right?? Mitsubishi Electric’s Neuro Fuzzy Inverter technology records one’s usage patterns and constantly monitors temperature within refrigerator and adjusts operation of the compressor accordingly, resulting in energy efficient and quiet operation.

The inverter technology in this 4.0 star energy rated fridge constantly monitors the temperature within the refrigerator and adjusts the power and running speed of the compressor accordingly, resulting in an optimum and a quieter operation.
