Hey! you know recently a few of November and December babies celebrated our birthday at Cincin. It was a memorable night with great companion, exquisite food and wine pairing and elegant ambience. Cincin means cheer in Italian, this is the first cozy and elegant restaurant in Cheras, serving Fine Western Cuisine and good selection of Premium Wines. Now I am missing their grill lamb rack with red wine rosemary sauce.

Tucked in one of Cheras bustling neighbourhood, Cincin is a 2 storey restaurant that perfect for celebration, parties, event and also occasions besides the wine and dine. The ground floor is more casual mainly for beer and casual dining, where else the first floor is more elegant, for wine dining with dress code smart casual. Cheras folks don’t have to drive all the way to city center whenever they wish to have candle light dinner with their loved ones, birthday celebration or parties.

Here are the food and wine pairing that we had that evening, it was a full course dinner with salad, soup, appetizer, mains and desserts. We started with Padre Pedro Reserva Branco Varietal: Viognier and Arinto (2015) for our salad, soup, Portobello and salmon.

One of my favourite and this dish goes very well with the white wine. The fragrant and flavourful thick and juicy Portobello mushroom topped with crispy bacon bits and cheese ~ tickles the tastebud.

For lamb lovers like me, this Grill Lamb with Red Wine Rosemary Sauce is not only tender and juicy but also perfectly marinated. Its aromatic and flavoured, paired well with the red wine.

This Hojicha Crème Brulee is so pretty, look at the decoration and delicate green tea crème brulee. It’s creamy and light not too sweet, I took a while to admire this dessert before I dig-in… so sayang to eat. I still can remember the taste and now yearn for more.

The meringue shaped like egg shell with fruits and ice cream inside and decorated with fresh fruits and edible small flowers. It is such a lovely dessert to end this memorable meal.

Overall it was satisfying and memorable dining experience with friends at the same time celebrating birthdays together. I was very impressed that within Cheras neighbourhood there is such elegant and fine restaurant that carries many premium wines. Not only their food is delicious but the wine selections are divine and the relaxing ambience makes me want to go back again.
