Guess what we got a sneak peek at some of the gourmet pizzas to be launched by
Anchor Food Professionals this December. Can you imagine Chicago’s authentic
Deep Cheese Pizza, delicate Pizza Rolls and mouth-watering PizzBurgers and yes you
read that right – it’s PizzBurgers. These inventive pizzas will be made
available in selected restaurants participating in this second PizzArt
campaign. Check out these creative and exquisite pizzas!

Preparing
these pizzas is no easy feat as skilled and experienced kitchen crew is
required. We were privileged to be part of a workshop where Chef Firuz from
Anchor Food Professionals shared his expertise with restauranteurs on the art
of making artisanal pizzas that will hit our markets soon.
