Ingredients:
● Shredded chicken (3
cups; cooked)
● Salsa verde (2 cups)
● Corn tortillas (16
pieces)
● Shredded jack cheese (1
1/2 cup)

Instructions:
1. Start
by preheating your oven to around 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While doing that, use
a nonstick cooking spray to grease a baking dish.
2. Use a
mixing bowl and combine there half cup of salsa verde and shredded chicken.
3. Put
the tortillas in your microwave to warm them. Make sure that you cover them
with a dishtowel. You need to do this so that the tortillas can be rolled and
folded easily.
4. Stuff
the chicken salsa verde to the warmed corn tortillas. Next, fold the tortillas
and place them in the baking dish with their seamed side facing on the bottom.
If there are remaining salsa verde, pour them on the top of the tortillas.
Don't forget to sprinkle the cheese on the top of the tortillas, too.
5. Bake
the recipe for around 20 minutes. Serve the warm.

● Chicken thighs (8
pieces; bone-in and skin-on)
● Kosher salt or ground
black pepper (1 teaspoon)
● Unsalted butter (3
tablespoons)
● Garlic (3 cloves;
minced)
● Cremini mushrooms (8
ounces)
● Chicken broth (1 cup)
● Dried thyme (1/2
teaspoon)

● Whole grain mustard (1

skillet, melt two tablespoons of butter. After being melted, add the chicken

the heavy cream and mustard to the pan. Reduce the heat of the oven so that you
can boil and simmer the mixture for around 5 minutes. Use this mixture as the
