You know
after I knew about these 3 Highs and the scary statistics, I thought it would
be better for me and my family to go for health check-up. Well, I also assume
that I have perfect score for my 3 Highs but the truth is i have high
cholesterol at 8.39 and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) is 5.5, normal
rate is 2.6 only. Now you see you never know the real score until you do the
check-up. Never take health for granted.

I was
shocked when I saw my medical report; for a person that embraces healthy eating
habit and lifestyle I still can get high cholesterol. May be it’s because of my
recent vacation trip to Sihanoukville, Cambodia I ate too much seafood
especially crabs. Anyway I am glad that I did my health check-up, now I know
that I have to take extra care and cut out all the high cholesterol food. My
sugar level and blood pressure are within the normal range.
