Garden salad with orange, cherry tomatoes, roasted almond and chia seeds |
I added the freshly peeled navel orange on a bed of
greens, cherry tomatoes, topped up with roasted almonds and sprinkle some chia
seeds on top. After adding the navel orange I don’t have to add any salad
dressing because the orange gives a natural tanginess and sweetness.

ReplyDeleteHealth is wealth and your post is really a great motivation for readers to be aware of their body health condition. I also rather choose to eat citrus fruits than take tablets for vitamins. Great post and I absolutely love your photos.
ReplyDeleteI like citrusy taste in my savory food. I like lemon or orange chicken very much. I also like citrus in my salads to break the monotony of taste.
