fast-paced environment is it possible to have Work–Life Balance? Sometimes I am suffocated with work piling up, deadlines,
backlogs, and etc that will never end. 24 hours a day is not enough, I wish I can
have more but definitely not possible. The only way is to manage ourselves,
time, stress, change, technology and leisure. I decided to go for a Short Beach Getaway to de-clog my mind,
rest and relax. It’s sort of my time-off to refocus and realign myself with the

Our society
is becoming more and more complex over time. In the face of increasing
complexity, stress is inevitable. Sometimes we wanted to do more by multi-tasking
ultimately it increase our stress level. It’s better to focus on one thing at a
time and do it well.

The most
overlooked of the work-life balance supporting disciplines is leisure
management. Have you ask yourself why you are so busy? and for what? When I think
back sometime I was so busy doing the things that are urgent and not important.
Or it could be worst busy for nothing, that’s bad.

Ok back to more happy moments… so recently I was at the Pangkor Laut Resort, Perak for Chapman’s Challenge 2017. I will share about my experience in my upcoming post, so keep an eye on that.
