one is specially for my pork loving fans and followers. Last week, we had porkilicious
premium sakura three yuan tonkatsu at Sho Kushiage @ Sunway Pyramid with some
friends after work. Their food portion is generous and to my surprise the
prices are reasonable too. So do you want to know what is sakura
three yuan pork?

Sho
Kushiage uses special selected Premium Sakura Three Yuan Pork where the meat is
soft, tender and juicy. Hmm… so what is three yuan and why? Well, three Yuan
Pork means Ax(BxC), the most widely applied breeding program presently. In
overseas, these pig farms can provide purebred or crossbred genetic quality and
health status. It is known as pure system. Three Yuan Pig is also known as
Duroc.

And why
choose the 3rd generation? The third generation pig is high disease
resistance and strong life force and the feed conversion rate is better, it is
the best gene. Besides that, the cutting process is certified by ISO9001. Cutting
work is done at the factory that provides guarantee for food safety and
sanitary quality.

with all that explanation, so let’s eat! We started with the mini appetizers
and shredded cabbage salad served with sesame seed plum sauce. All their
tonkatsu is coated with fresh bread crumbs and fried in 100% vegetable oil.

must try! Hot selling set and the price is so reasonable. Japanese Curry Cheese
Pork Ball Set is only RM15.90 and it comes with free flow of Japan imported
premium rice, cabbage salad and miso soup. The cheese pork balls are quite big,
crispy on the outside and juicy inside. When you bite in their thick cheese
just oozed out. And it comes with a bowl of Japanese curry plus rice, miso soup
and cabbage salad. This set is definitely worth it and worth to try.

up! If you prefer Premium Pork Chop Cutlet served with rice, cabbage salad and
miso soup. The premium Sakura Three Yuan Pork coated with fresh bread crumbs
and fried in 100% vegetable oil. You can choose either cheese or curry sauce,
both are equally good. The pork chop cutlet is juicy and goes well with either one
of the sauces. I personally prefer the curry sauce, the spiciness is moderate
and also it’s quite appetizing when I mixed it with rice. The set comes with
free flow of rice, cabbage salad and miso soup.

This Mini Hot Pot Set is also one of my favourite. It’s pork bone soup, it’s
has the natural sweetness and aroma. I forgot how many bowls of soup I had that
evening. The sliced pork belly is so thin, just dip into the boiling soup for a
few second and its ready to eat. Oh ya! the good thing is that we can request
to refill the soup, hahaha…

ribs. It’s one of the special menu and chef recommendations. Now I am craving

reasonable pricehand rolls

Overall,
Sho Kushiage set meals is worth it for the price we pay we get a fairly
generous portion and also the food is good. The Japanese Curry Cheese Pork Ball
Set and Buta Soup Base Mini Hot Pot Set are well recommended. Their pork is
fresh and tender plus I like their cabbage salad in aromatic sesame seeds plum
sauce.
