BONJOUR FRANCE - A Taste of France

This is the 3^rd edition of BONJOUR FRANCE - A Taste of France; the French gastronomy festival will run from 5^th until 21^st May 2017. There will be pop up café and kiosks at premium gourmet markets at Isetan KLCC, Jason’s Food Hall at Bangsar Shopping Complex and Jaya Gourmet Grocers at Intermark to celebrate all things delicious that France has to offer.

BONJOUR FRANCE - A Taste of France

Bonjour France is now part of the overarching Le French Festival formerly known as the French Art & Film Festival. Caldbeck MacGregor, wine aficionados will be featuring Patriarche as the official wine sponsor. The BONJOUR FRANCE continued its collaboration with House of Laurent-Perrier as their official champagne partner for 2017.

BONJOUR FRANCE - A Taste of France at Isetan KLCC

There will be cooking demonstrations and workshops with tastings conducted by Alumni of Le Cordon Bleu who will showcase French recipes at these retail venues. This year there are 2 talented chefs helming at the café at KLCC; Chef Tan Chung Liang from WhupWhup Restaurant and Chef Tho Lye Shean from Steaks & Lobsters. Others alumni Chefs Janice Siew (Petiteserie), Janice Lee (Jam & Kaya Café) and Sharina (Ri Café) will be serving up various treats at Jason’s Food Hall & Jaya Grocer Intermark.

BONJOUR FRANCE collaborates with Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, from 8^th to 16^th May, Gobo Upstairs Lounge & Grill will be hosting Chef de Cuisine Jimmy De Almeida from Annecy in France via their sister hotel Shang-ri La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi. During this French week, Chef Jimmy will feature his signatures dishes in an a la carte menu and also 2-course, 4-course and 6-course set menus.
